At Ôkami, we are committed to continuously improving our product offering and regularly update our product packaging and environment. The characteristics and availability of the products, as well as the representations that are displayed on our site are non-contractual and are provided for information purposes only. They may be changed at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any products or services we offer at any time. The prices of the items you are charged for are current at the time of your order. They are shown on your order confirmation email. Prices are always inclusive of VAT.

After placing your order on the okami.swiss website, you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. Your order is then registered and serves as a sales contract.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person or geographic area. We may limit or cancel orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

Delivery is free in Switzerland and for members of the European Union. Outside these countries, please contact us by email at contact@okami.swiss.

Your order will be sent as a parcel against signature. We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee the performance of our partners and cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems, delays or missing packages. The usual delivery time is 5 days from the date of dispatch if you live in Switzerland and 10 days if you live in the European Union. If, however, the desired product is no longer available in the shop or is no longer in stock, the delivery time may be extended by up to 4 weeks due to the manufacturing time. If the products delivered do not correspond to your order, if a product is damaged or opened, please contact us immediately and do not wear the jewellery.

At Ôkami, if you change your mind or if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us intact and at your expense within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned goods should be sent to Ôkami c/o Borealis Innovation SA, rue Galilée 4, 1401 Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland. The exercise of the right of return leads to the conversion of the sales contract into a return relationship, according to which the payment received will be refunded, or a credit note can be issued. The following items are excluded from the right of exchange and return:

• A personalised item (e.g. engraving, monogram, etc.)
• Customised product purchased especially on the customer's request.

The product must be returned unused, without scratches or defects and in its original packaging, including protective materials. The return is at the customer's expense and must be sent by registered mail.

We will not accept returns if the product shows signs of wear and tear, excluding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or operation of the product, shows signs of use or modification in any way from its original condition, or if the 14 day period has been exceeded.

We offer you the possibility to pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer. No products will be shipped until full payment is received.

If you are late in paying and after a first reminder free of charge, we are obliged to send you a reminder, we will charge you the equivalent of CHF 10.00 for additional costs. If you remain in default of payment following the reminder, your file will be assigned to a collection company, which will charge you administrative fees. All amounts that are not paid on the due date will be increased, by right and without notice of default, by a fixed interest of 7.5% of the amount due. Legal interest is also due on the unpaid amount as of the due date, by operation of law and without notice of default.

The products remain our property until full payment has been received.

Ôkami creations are manufactured with the greatest care in the workshops of our partners and are subject to rigorous control. We guarantee our jewelry pieces against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Loss and damage caused by improper use, accident, lack of care, or normal wear and tear are expressly excluded from this warranty.

In case of a defect, please contact us at contact@okami.swiss. You must then return the product unused and in its original packaging, including protective materials. The return costs are at the customer's expense.

The data we collect when you register for our newsletter, as well as when you place orders and make payments, are used exclusively for the marketing of our products and are not passed on to third parties under any circumstances. As such, we strictly apply and respect for customers located in Switzerland the Federal Law of 19 June 1992 on data protection, and for customers located in Europe the General Data Protection Regulation nᵒ 2016/679 of the European Union (GDPR).

The elements on the okami.swiss website are protected by Swiss and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. The intellectual property rights on the elements of this site, in particular the brand, models, logos and other distinctive signs, are the exclusive property of Ôkami. Consequently, any partial or total reproduction of the elements of this site is strictly forbidden without prior written authorisation from Ôkami. The reproduction of certain elements of the site is only authorised for the exclusive purpose of information for personal and private use, all reproductions or all uses of copies made for other purposes being expressly prohibited.

The "Ôkami" brand, as well as all figurative or non-figurative brands and more generally all other brands, illustrations, images and logos appearing on Ôkami articles, their accessories or their packaging, whether registered or not, are and remain the exclusive property of Ôkami. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these brands, illustrations, images and logos, for any reason and on any medium whatsoever, without the express prior agreement of Ôkami, is strictly forbidden. The same applies to any combination or conjunction with any other brand, symbol, logotype and more generally any distinctive sign intended to form a composite logo. The same applies to all copyrights, drawings and models, patents which are the property of Ôkami.

Ôkami reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of sale at any time and without notice. Each new version of the general terms and conditions of sale cancels and replaces the previous version. 

When you place an order with Ôkami, you accept to be bound by a contract subject to Swiss law. In case of dispute, the ordinary courts of the canton of Neuchâtel are competent.
