KIKU [CHRYSANTHEMUM]

Literally, the chrysanthemum. It is the imperial flower par excellence, emblematic of Japan and, for centuries, used as the seal of its Emperor. The yellow chrysanthemum symbolizes the sun and light - by extension, immortality.

The Japanese have made this flower their national symbol, and each year celebrate the "Festival of Happiness", when the chrysanthemum takes pride of place. It is also featured on Japan's passport and coins. There's even a variety unique to Japan, the wagiku.

The floral creations inspired by them, in which gold meets diamonds, offer a natural, refined jewelry style in which the flower blooms with grace and elegance on the wearer.
